This page contains the 3 most rare Special Edition Furbys, 2 of which (Hi-C and Kid Cuisine) were not even available in stores but had to be obtained through competitions, and one of which (Bejeweled Furby) only 5 were made, which cost $100,000! Also included at the bottom of the page are 3 Furbys that came very close to production, but were not quite released. However, prototypes were made, which were displayed at Toy Fairs. |

Kid Cuisine Furby Release Date: Unknown, 1999 Quantity: 500 Comments: This very rare Furby could only be obtained through a coupon-collecting competition run by the USA company 'Kid Cuisine' and American store 'Publix'. Has very vivid and colourful fur, with an unusual stripy mane. |

Bejewelled Furby (aka FAO Schwarz Furby) Release Date: Unknown, 1999 Quantity: 5 Comments: This Furby features removable jewelry (tiara, necklace, earrings, bracelets) by designer Sydney Mobell. Crafted with platinum and 18K gold, and adorned with 156 genuine gemstones including diamonds, rubies, blue sapphires and emeralds. Exclusive to toy store FAO Schwarz, with a price tag of $100,000! Only 2 are known to have been sold. |
